I was travelling from Coimbatore to Mumbai by flight no. 9W386 on 28-01-2017. Scheduled Departure at 1.05PM. We were served a bakery snack in place of a meal. The in-flight magazine makes a tall claim of gourmet meals on board. As I am a senior citizen, I had to remain hungry till I got home at 4PM after landing at Mumbai. If the airlines had made prior announcement that they would be providing only some bakery snacks instead of a meal, I would carried my meal and would not have suffered. Should not airlines disclose if they are not going to provide meal ? My PNR number is MLTIOT
