i gave an order for a leather chappal for 900 rupees on 10th jan 2016 and the shop keeper said the product will be ready in 14 hrs..i made full payment and returned home..i needed the chappal for a function that was to happen after 3 days(13th jan)..
the shop keeper was unable to deliver the chappal by tat time even though he said 14 hrs he couldnt deliver even after 3 days. he said he will refund the amount..the shop is 14 kms from my home..i had visited the shop asking for refund 2 times he was like i dont have money i wil call u when i have money and all..till date he didnt call me...
