I did a recharge of 460rs on my tata sky account on 12th of dec 2016.it was failed but amount was deducted from my account and the customer care didnt responded well to all my complaints.they said i will recieve my refund within 10-15 days but its been more than a month no refund is reflected on my bank acc.kindly assist me
