I have been experiencing network issue on my vodafone prepaid connection ( 9654806628 ). I have 2 vodafone numbers in my family and it is the same problem with both. The call will not connect at times when dialed, the call drops while talking. The mobile data does not work as it will not load pages. Call quality is poor i.e voice breaks mostly.
I have raised many complaints last year since December 2015, and everytime I am told that a cell tower needs to be installed near my house and shall be done. and they give a one month duration saying engineers are working. Since 2015 the issue has become worse.
I was able to collect recent complaints made to vodafone by me for the same issue and today also I registered one.

Below I have attached a recent conversation with vodaphone where again they gave me a duration of 1 day for an issue which has persisted over a year and yet has not been addressed
PLease help as I am tired of making complaints and facing harassment.
I have been in an emergency situation once where in a family member needed medical attention and I just couldn't make a call.
I had to run to my neighbor to seek help in making a phone call to the doctor. This is how I have been dealing with network issue from vodafone
