Complaint Details
I bought a RO system from this company on 03-aug-2016. first, its UV compartment stopped working in October last year. After contacting them, they told me that they are short staffed and will send someone as soon as possible. they haven't sent anyone till date. I have contacted them on various modes but they only replied me that they are sending someone the next day. but till now I haven't got anyone to visit at my address. The service of my RO is also due. they are just delaying the warranty services and duping me.
