I Anirban Saha placed an order for “1000mAh Mi Power Bank silver” on 22th dec2016 and this was delivered to me on 29th dec 2016. I have discovered that the item has duplicate and not working.
I immediately called the customer care to inform them about this issue.( Also I send a Email with the photos)They promised me they shall look into the matter. Since then i have called them lots of times but my problem has not been solved. I don’t know what to do. I need to replace the item or need my money back.
