hi sir my name is shaik gouse my friend purchased shoes from online web site tata cliq on 24/07/2016 and i returned the product on 29/07/2016. but i did'nt get my refund of 2200 Rupees still on 31/01/2017 i called the customer care for above 20 times but no reply from them please solve my problem please help me
