on january 21st 2017 when i was trying to add money into my paytm account. to be precise adding rs 600 into my paytm wallet with order number: 2621985340. using my debit card but after entering my card details i was redirected to completing my payment by entering otp to complete my transaction but even after entering correct otp the payment failed and amount was charged in my account but paytm did not added rs 600 to my paytm account. after then i contacted paaytm customer care at care@paytm.com. i did got a reply from there side that we did not receive any amount. which was totally false i am attaching my account statements as well to check. i showed them my account statement but still they are refusing. they are telling me to contact the source card issuer regarding the same,there response was that the amount has been charged from our end,. the transaction is succesfull from our side (bank side).it has failed from merchants end. but merchanbt even after 10 days is not refunding my money. kindly look at this matter as soon as possible.
bookymshow my wallet virtual debit card was used.
paytm is the merchant.
