Complaint Details
I am using Vodafone number 8879533288. I was having around 80 Rs balance till yesterday morning. I am using Lenovo Vibe K5 plus handset which is 4G enabled.
I reached with Rs 349 on 8879533288. I got sms saying Unlimited calling and 1 GB 4G data. But I got only 50 MB data. Also my previous balance of around 80 Rs is gone.
After calling vodafone customer care they are not resolving issue and giving false words that their system showing my handset is not 4G enabl3d.
Here I would like to mention that I also used JIO sim which works only on 4G handset.
Vodafone is being and looting me. I am not able to use full facility with recharge of Rs. 349.
Help to resolve it.
