My land-line and broadband connection aren't working from about 15-16 days. The problem in land-line has been from about 2 months but the land-line is completely dead from about 16 days. I lodged the complaint two times,first on the BSNL website and the second time through phone but my complaint wasn't resolved. I went to the BSNL office to meet the SDO for complaint registration who came at 11:30 am I guess while other staff members were there at 08:00 am. On contacting the SDO he didn't even read the complaint application that I wrote and lost it at last when asked to go through it. In totality the complaint has been registered about 3 times and no resolution till now. The lineman said he'll come yesterday but instead came today and said that there is some underground problem and that he cannot resolve it unless and until labourers are given to him by the SDO to dig the ground. On further investigation he said that he didn't knew by when he'll get the workers assigned by the SDO to get the job done. In spite of helping us with our complaint the SDO clearly said that he gets lots of complaints everyday and so he cannot retrieve them all together. I have attached the photograph of the application that I gave in the BSNL office for complaint registration which the SDO apparently lost. It has the complaint numbers written on it as well.
