Complaint Details
I made MSEB electricity bill payment online via airtel money app on 24th of December 2016 and applied cashback code and after successful application of code i got a notification that i will get cashback within 48 hours. I didn't got any cashback even after my subsequent complaints to airtel. I am attaching the proof of my successful payment of bill and application of code.
