I took a broadband connection from Ortel Communication 22/07/2016 with connection number 01526593. They promised so many services to provide while giving the connection. They said the connection was free. But after the connection, I faced a very bad service from them even the customer care numbers are not reachable. While getting the connection I gave Rs. 1800 on account for 1000 for advance and 800 for monthly charge and the connection they given was free as they offer. After that while facing the problems I tried to disconnect the connection but are saying that I need to give money for disconnection also. there was another facility in which I will disconnect the connection by paying Rs.100 and cut the connection for 2 months and if I didn't resume the connection within 60 days then again I need to pay Rs.300 to resume the service. But after 60 days they automatically resume the service and sending the monthly Bill. While I said the issue to them they are saying that I need to pay the money. I am attaching the stop receipt as well.
There fore I request you to take necessary action against them and cut the connection as well as refund my advance money.
