Sir,
State bank of Hyderabad told that they will give collateral free loan to start a micro industry for the same they told me to lease building. I did the lease by paying 1.5 lack rupees as advance to landlord at the monthly rental 18,000rs.Since July i paying rent by bank manger always telling lies loan in process since 7 months. They never specify any stipulated time for the process. If i call to branch they say loan application is in regional office, if i call regional office for the update they say check with the branch. I am in big financial problem 1.5 lack rupees so far and still 600rs per day due to the indefinite loan process which is happening since 7 months.
I mentally suffered too much for 7 months because of financial loss (1.5 Lack rupees so far), missing coordination between branch and regional office, unfair practice and services deficiency.
I have email, sms and acknowledgements as evidences.
