I am Vishwajeet Singh residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra.I Purchased Two Micro SD memory cards ona Combo Offer on wwww.zoniic.com. one is Samsung Evo 64 GB Memory Card & the other one is Samsung Evo 128 GB memory card.I ave placed my order ID -117297000214003 on 29th January, 2017.I received the Combo Pack Memory cards on 2nd February,2017. but later on after receiving the delivery i went back to my office & when i have checked the 64 GB memory card is working fine but the 128 GB Memory Card is not correct. They have delivered only 8 Gb memory card.I have send email to them & got a reply that they will check if I am eligible for replacement.I wanted to call them but there is no contact no given in their website - www.zoniic.com . As a consumer, I am just requesting a fair point, replacement of a product which has manufacturing defect and for which I have already paid the money.I am seeking a fair resolution to my complain... just a replacement device... that's it!
Looking forward a positive outcome to this.
