Complaint Details
Sir I have purchased 2 products on myntra and the product did not fit me well so I decided to return it. so on 15/01/2017 I generated return request through Myntra mobile app. The product which I want to return the Return facility wasn't available at my location ( Digras) so they told me to self ship them . On 17/01/2017 I self shipped them through India speed post and they reached their on 19/01/2017 . By the term and conditions of Myntra for refund and courier charges I have to email them the courier receipt photo and I did it but . But since I have did this 10-15 times and they first told me that product is reached and it is going through quality check so i have to wait for three days and now they are saying that product haven't reached yet. I visited my hometown post office Digras and they showed me that product was delivered on 19/01/2017 . Sir help me to get me my refund.
I am attaching all the documents for both the products 1) Highlander Men Maroon slim fit shirt and
2) Fila Men's grey Melange printed sweatshirt .
