I had ordered a product on snapdeal which was prepaid using debit card to which snapdeal was unable to fulfil even after arranging the product from other seller.
As per my information, When a consumer makes a prepaid order then the company in my case snapdeal is liable for it in case of non delivery.
when contacted snapdeal does not respond to me.
Please help
