Complaint Details
We own two small commercial office in above Co-op- Housing Society at Vile Parle East. In our Society Building there are three separate wings - two for residential flats and one for Commercial members - shops, office and basement

For commercial wing - separate entrance is there and there is no Lift. Also no security watchman, Parking, CC TV Camera, Fire extinguisher etc are provided by the Society

Society demands maintenance charges at the same rate for all three wing members, @ Rs 7.00 per sq.feet/ per month, even though above services are not provided to our wing - Actual cost works out to Rs 1.00 per sq feet/per month for Commercial wing.

My query : Whether Society can demand such huge excess amount?

Whether commercial members can have their separate finance affaires management
