Complaint Details
At 15 jan 2017 i ve given my samsung note 1 to quikr doorstep executive as i ve posted add on quikrr app, and i received call from quikrr doorstep and they said they will help in deliver the product ( note 1) as buyer was from chennai so quikrr doorstep customer executive said that it will take 11 days max to max to credit amt in my account but today it had been almost 20 days but tull now amount havent credited in my account.

I am taking follows up their customer care but there no proper response as they said that there is some error....and they are not rectifying what exact problem is!

I ve send mail to doorstep@quikr.com but there is no response.. ..

I am attaching my invoice with e statement of my account so that i can proof that quikr is fooling to me by extendind date.
