My name is Dennis Steven Anthony and this email is in regards to the most pathetic and obnoxious experience I have come across with a ford service centre it feels like I made my life's most horrible decision by trusting Ford Service centre are good and I trust me I am very patient person and takes a lot to get me pissed off and with the following events which has happened will make you understand why I have gotten to this situation to send you'll and email, and this is not the end after this I am most definitely putting my worst experience with ford specifically SC ford vasai and their employee's on all social networking sites never the less let me enlighten you'll with the events.
on 11th Nov 2016 I had my car(Ford Fiesta) sent to the service centre and I was attended by the service Advisor (Dinesh Jogi) and I explained him precisely that the car was stopping without any reason and he assured me that issue will be resolved they took a few days and quoted and amount of Rs. 28,502.24 for the total cost of servicing the Technician who worked on were as follows (Mukesh), (Abdul Rehman Sayyed), (Vikrant Patil) now I paid the amount and took the car so there were new front shock absorbers and fully serviced car I went out to the beach with my family and while coming back the car stopped and I mean dead stop firs the thought was the petrol but no it wasn't empty tank but some other issue I had to push the car and mostly had be embarrassed in front of my family and unknown people I called SC Ford no one answered apparently they were done for the day so no one was available so I called a local mechanic and he checked and said that the car was getting overheated so it stopped so asked me to wait and then start once it cools down so I called SC Ford in the morning and asked them to pick the car up and check the driver from SC Ford came took the car started it drove a little far and the car stopped he then called the service centre and spoke to some person there in interim my brother called the complaints team in Chennai and had a word with them I spoke to the so called supervisor (Mr Bernard) from the SC Ford Service Centre in vasai and he said that he might need to tow the car and with such audacity he was asking me to pay for the towing and he said that there was an issue with the engine oil leak and oil pump gasket and fuel rail and fuel pump needed replacement and I had asked not to replace it or change it so apparently I came to the service centre with an issue of the car stopping suddenly and I asked not to take care of the parts which was creating the problem however I replaced the shock absorbers can you imagine a manager putting the blame on the customer for their inefficiency so I still agreed and asked him to take the car because I wanted to get the car fixed because that was more important as I said it was very difficult to get me annoyed so the person took the car and then after checking (Mr. Bernard) Quoted and amount of Rs. 22,000.00 for changing the parts he did all that and the Service Advisor this time was (Praveen Boricha) this all happened till the month of Dec 2016. as per Mr Bernard after the first Service the second Service is required any time after 3Months or 10000Km whichever comes first now me and my Family went to Nasik and were coming back to Bombay on 30th Jan 2017 and while coming back the car base was brushing on ever speed breaker the steering was not stable and on the western express high way the brake oil pipe started leaking and breaks were not functioning properly.
if you imagine on a free way with my entire family how furious I would have been after spending almost more than Rs. 50,000.00 on the car Servicing and this happening not even 2months after the servicing, I called SC Ford today and spoke to (Mr. Bernard) and he with a shameless attitude is asking me to get the car to the service centre because he cannot send a service advisor or a technician and I am supposed to spend my day and a take a day off work to take the car to them to show them their mistake. eventually he agreed to send some one. and now primarily I need the names listed above in this email to be removed because they don't know what they are doing and putting innocent life's who trusted them in risk and they have the audacity to tell me that in service they will only check issues which will be informed to them nothing will be checked proactively if there is any pipes rusted or if there is any issue which might occur they don't do that. and now they have sent me an estimate of Rs. 18,500 for the repair and the customer complaint representative has not replied to my issue since 2of Feb till date yesterday I called and asked this (Deepak Das) who is supposedly is handling the issue he said that we have contacted the dealership and they are going to replace the brake pipes that's it and no actions have been taken for such a big inconvenience it seems they just don't care what I said to them so would request someone to look into this matter and get me a strict action taken against all of these people who's names are listed in the complaint and I need a good amount of compensation for the time and money I have spent which should not have been the case at all.
