I have made a purchase through this website of iPhone 5s ..and I wanted another one so I have placed another order..I recieved a call from their customer care that I should have to pay the 5 instalments of my first order to get my second order to approve so I have paid 6600/- of my first emis but I have called them and they said that your order cannot be approve you have to make downpayement of 11000/-..because their customer executive has said to pay so I requested refund of my first instalments and I will pay 11000/-..but they are not refunding it I don't have money to give rents of my flat so plz help me
