i want to book tourist car for ola cab service. so i have given to balaji cars. but she has hidden all the details to me that for book tourist car we requrie tourist car license. which i did not have not even 4 wheeler license second as my finance eligible is not good so i am not able to get loan from bank she is also aware of it. but she has said she manage it will bank. but fail to do so. when i ask for refund she said you will not get as you have signed the voucher where it is written 2% of car value will be deducted. my loan is not passed nor car is book how can she deduct like this. no car is been book. all the time making fool to me that she will return it. but now she is refusing. i want strict action against her so that in future she will not do to any one.
