Complaint Details
We ordered ‘Shop Clues’ for ‘Allen Cooper Shoe AC-1008’ Order no. 107771097 by online on ‘COD’ payment mode. The package was delivered on 18/01/17 by Xpress bees courier & paid in cash Rs.750/-. On opening the package we found it contained “old torn chappals” instead of our ordered shoe in the box. On 19th & 20th Jan, I tried to regd. online complain /return of material but due to error in their website I could not do so hence, lodged the complaint over Customer support phone on 20th and their Executive Ms. Bharti confirmed on mail and SMS that return request is logged vide ticket no. 723189 & the matter will be resolved in 3-4 days.
They confirmed through mail/SMS that the reverse pickup has been arranged through courier agency vide return Id: 3594461. I was advised to keep all original packing intact with copy of this mail inside the package while returning. On 23 Jan their courier Ecom Express called up and told that they will collect the package next day but none came to collect the package till date. On inquiry they told that my complaint has been closed. Thereafter, several mails and calls to cust. support dept. has been made but no response is given for return of package and refund/replacement of my order.
It is clear that shop clues have no ethics in business as we see that they are not taking complaints with any seriousness. They must refund our money in any case and apologies for our inconvenience etc.
