Complaint Details
The insurer has rejected my application after keeping my money with them for over 1 month and giving me false hopes. They have repeatedly insulted, humiliated and shamed me for their selfish reasons. Their senior representative had given me a confirmation in writing that they would accept my application, however, despite giving a written commitment, they backed out. I am attaching the legal notice summarizing the case that I had sent to the company along with all necessary proofs of the fraud committed by them.
