Hi this is to complain against KAVERI SUZUKI bike dealer at Malad west (Lalji pada)
I have bought a brand new Suzuki Gixxer SF Moto GP edition on 5th september 2016(delivery date) from the dealer mentioned above. On the same date i have noticed that the foot break leaver was bent and there were scratches on the handles also(I have attached the pictures for reference) the very next day I went to the showroom and discussed the issue with them they said it happened while loading and unloading the bike during transportation I ignored it. They fixed the bent leaver and sprayed some black colour on the scratches.

There was also some issue in the front break when the break was applied it used to produce some kind of noise the brakes wouldn't get applied properly so again I went to the service centre they said the noise was produced due to some oil leakage from the brake. They kept the bike for the whole day and the next when I went to take the bike they said the issue has been fixed but when I checked the front brake was still making the same kind of noise but they said after driving few kms the noise would stop but it didn't. One day I was washing my bike and I noticed some oil droplets on the front shock-ups so again I went to the service centre they said that the oil seal is broken (This all things happened within 2 months from the date of delivery) they took 7-8 days to fix the issue and changed the oil seal with the new one and this was done under guarantee (The front brake is still making the same kind of noise and poor braking continues) I reminded them about the front brake also so they said there are some oil droplets on the disc due to which noise is produced once you wash the bike the problem would be solved as I was in need of the bike for going office I again agreed to them

After few days I met with an accident due to failure of the front brake. I went back to the service centre and discussed about the whole scenario with them and they suggested me to claim the insurance and i did the same and i left my bike at service centre for repairing and I clearly mentioned them that please check the front brake and fix the issue. Various procedures for claiming the insurance and repairing work of the bike took around 15 days. They called me to take the delivery of the bike but when I checked the bike the braking issue was same as before. The front brake would make the same noise as before. I lost my temper they kept the bike for about 15 days and instead of fixing the problem they still haven't found what issue it was I said them to solve the issue right now. They said me to come next day but I didn't left the service centre I said solve my problem or else I am not gonna leave the place(i apologise for my rude behaviour). I was at the servive centre till 8:30 pm (service centre closing time is 7 pm). They knew that it was their fault so they kept the service centre opened till 8:30 pm after all the employees trying their own different methods one found the cause of the issue (After 2 and half months) and the issue was with the break pads they changed it. The break issue was fixed finally.

After few days I was again facing some problem in gear shifting and the pick-up of the bike was also not good. So I gave the bike for 2nd service and asked them to fix the new issue. They checked the bike and agreed to my point(gear shifting and pick-up issue) but then i was shocked when they said the charges for opening the gear box is 1800 rupees (Is it correct?) I refused to pay the amount. They just changed the spark plug and said that there would be no pick-up issues now. After few days the bike again started giving same pick up issue and the gear box(Gear shifting issues) is still the same and all these things happened within 3 months from the date of delivery. I am fed up of going again and again to the service centre so I then decided to complain about them.
Please help if something can be done for this and get an permanent solution
