Complaint Details
I Paid for a premium service (3 Months) with a service of 60 contacts. However I have not used it completely and I still had 13 contacts left for which I asked for an extension of 5 to 10 days of the premium service to which they denied. The service that i received through their customer service was pathetic. Please find attachment of the recording of the call.
