Subject Line: Cheating in refund of Intex Aqua Mobile

Nature of Complaint: This is regard to Intex aqua mobile with inovce no. F0YSF00217-00124642 dated 16.01.2017 purchased from the flipkart. I have for the first time experienced full cheating and disappointment from flipkart. I got the product with multiple issues with speaker problem which I daignosed first. Later when I reported the same to flipkart executive,he asked me to download some application to troubleshoot and then they can issue the refund. I replied when phone has functional problem how I can i help u with download. There were calls from flipkart inbeteween but they were really adamant in not understanding my problem. I also requested for any flipkart executive to visit and they can clearly check all the problems live. But then I suddenly got the reply that my request has been rejected by the seller. I called again to know what happened. Suddenly there was this email and in between there was no followup and no answer to my email for which I was waiting. When i queried back the flipkart executive told that they cant entertain bcoz the 10 day replacement window is over.I asked why sudden reply without any phone or email correspondence in between. Were you waiting for 10 days to get over very cleverly? They didnt responded and saying we cant help in matter. You go to service centre. Dear Sir/ Madam I clearly emailed flipkart appealing them to provide me with their executive to visit my house for real time daignose but they didnt. Infact the inperson assistance is in their return policy still they didnt followed it and were reluctant. Secondly very cleverly after a gap of 5 days of no correspondence when 10 day return window got over they email that seller cant return the product. Sir no need to mention further that its pure cheating. Please provide justice with refund of my money of Rs 5100 and fine of Rs 50000 on cheating and non corporation with customer from Flipkart
