Dear Sir,

I raised repair request for my not working microwave Oven, 20PG3S.
executive (Mr Ravi,) came and told that there is some part is not working we have to replace, the microwave was under AMC so I said okay and go ahead, after that he didn't turned up, after making almost 100 calls (I do have call records), he said that he will come, after frustration I called customer care and again raised another complaint.
this time another guy came (Mr Ramesh), this time he told me that I have to pay, when I questioned him how can I pay if my Oven is under AMC, but later realized that my AMC completed by 31st Dec 2016, and my second complaint was in Jan 2017.
but one thing is noticeable that when I raised my first complaint on 07 Dec 2016, that time my Oven was under AMC.
so another guy told me that Please contact your old guy who handled your old requset, after contacting him I kept calling this guy but he gave me so many reasons after picking the call.
Finally I called customer care and spoke with Pooja and she connected me to Mr Sabarish, local service provider guy and he assured that it will get it completed by today and no need to pay any amount, 10-Feb-2017.
the guy came but after coming he told I have to take AMC to get it free serviced/repaired and the first complaint raised by you was got cancelled, how ??? who cancelled it?? he didn't know the reason behind any question.
now these question is for IFB Management team (senior, middle, junior) was there no control, no SLA for anything? who will be responsible for this?? to whom we have to ask??

Question for Management
1. how my request got cancelled ?
2. Who cancelled it?
3. there is no check at customer end to confirm with?
4. what is the SLA for any request?
5. What will be performance metrics if your ground level guys does like this?
6. why not having customer satisfaction survey after service?
7. what will be my compensetion for my 2 months harassment/ frustration and almost 100 calls to service guys?
8. why should I buy any appliances again from IFB?
9. Why, I should not spread the word of utterly bad and harrasing service from IFB guys, please pay extra to any other brand but don't go for IFB for any reason.
10. how can I trust on IFB here after?
