Respected Sir,

I am account (01092191078202)holder of oriental bank of commerce under the name of brijesh kr. rana , teh. gohana 131301, distt sonipat. Sir on 10th Feb. 2017 I went to Rohtak and I try to withdrew 1000 from icici bank atm, location is Chotu Ram Chock Rohtak .. timing was 16:41.. atm had insufficient funds but I got sms from bank side, transaction was completed and rs 1000 has been debited from my account.
Now I am requesting to you plz check this error and resolve this issue as soon as possible and credit rs 1000 back to my account .. I am sending you copy of that slip which I get from your atm.
