In response to my complaint to Hon"ble Prime Minister
at Public Grievance portal, I am informed by Airtel ,
Customer support that ,my mobile by got activated for
International Roaming by default,which is for pre paid
facility.
[1] How Airtel can activate International Roaming without
consumer consent
[2] When Consumer uses what app through wi fi there is
no charge, then how Airtel can charge me .Even Mobile
data was switched off
[3] Airtel staff has disturbed me 4-5 times by calling on mobile at midnight .Caller Numbers are already submitted
[4]When i received a call late at night hour, handset fell down from my hand, front cover is damaged ,display went off. I
demand new Handset no money
[5] Many customers who visit abroad have similar complaints
but Airtel ignores such complaints.

I have decided to take legal action ,if issue is not resolved at
my satisfaction. I was tortured for number of days
