Complaint Details
I bought a jio mifi 3 dongel for internet use through SHOPCLUES.COM for rs 1947/- (bills attached) through cash on delivery mode. While trying to activate the device I was told by the Reliance jio officials that the Specific barcodes mentioned on the box of the product have alredy been used by someone else. So I am unable to activate the device with its full features. There by commiting a fraud against me. Please do the need full as soon as possible. Please you are here by requested to direct the SHOPCLUES.COM officials to return the product and refund my money in cash.
