on 14.12.2016 bought a silver bracelet of 73 gms from silver art gallery of rs.2500 .after a few days found it was a copper one.Had a talk with the owner. he admitted it was a mistake and told to send d bracelet back to them.he said he would replace it with a new silver one.I sent the bracelet back on 17.01.17 by registerted post.Now on receiving it they are not ready to send a new one nor reimburse the money.on further arguements they are only ready to pay 70% of the money i paid.This is case of clear cheating.So i even told i would complain in consumer court but they told consumer court cannot do anything.kindly do d needful so that the tourists do not suffer similar type of cheating.I am attaching the bill and documents related to the transactions.
