Complaint Details
I purchased a dining table from Royal Oaks in Dec 2016, but I now realise that the furniture is made of sub standard material. Three different chairs have already broken. One in Dec. 2nd & 3rd in Jan . Two chairs have been repaired. Furniture is under warranty of 1 year so RoyalOak wants that we keep calling them and they will keep repairing it. Two times when the chair broke my family members were sitting on it. The service center wastes a lot of time in taking complaints and acting on them. I cant just keep following them as this will never end. As the material is substandard the chairs will keep breaking. I want the dining table to be replaced with a fresh piece that is good quality wise. But the retailer wants us to continue with the same.
