i am sanjay anand . i had submitted complaint on this website ccrc.in and complaint no. is 0088522/2017 and now today i got call from service center and they called me to receive my phone and when i visit they told me that full hardware changed and now the phone is ok .. but when i checked then the previous problem was not resolved and there is new sim problem occurs and i submitted my phone in service center fourth time and they told me to wait for 15 days more . i have submitte it 3 times and now if the problem not getting resolved the set should be replaced but they giving me time to wait ..... and everytime they are giving next time to deliver my phone and the latest jobsheet number is in pdf i have attached ... thanks ....
