Addtional charges are applied in Oct'16 bill, and when we raised to their call center, they never able to respond and defend the reasons. They threatened us to pay the money when ever we called and finally, they sent a legal notice. This is very unprofessional and un ethical. Attached the series of Aug'16, Sep'16 and Oct'16 bills. You will see 2 issues in Oct'16 bill. [1].Plan changed (infact reduced data limit plan) [2]. Additional chagres of 2517 towards mobile internet are applied, which they dont have any reasons to explain.
