Dear jet airways,

On 9 jan we landed at delhi international airport from toronto..we found out that our one luggage no AC 389576 was missing..we logged the complaint with our air lines..your staff said it will take 48 hours to track ur bags and they will send our bags directly to our address.we are calling them on daily basis but there is no answer for our missing bag.They were sending some bag pics on my mail but no one matches our bags.I am fed up of jet airways now..I have no satisfactory response till date.They told us if we will not get our bag with in 21 days then they will compensate us in monetory terms..Now it is more than 21 days and we still dnt have any single bit of information about our bags.

Kindly do the needful..we have to go back to canada in few days...i want my money back..
