Complaint Details
I engaged this photographer on 24th Feb 2016 for taking photos, making photo albums and videos for my marriage ceremony and other associated events. He was also engaged by groom side for same purpose. He has already charged 2/3rd of the amount agreed from groom side and myself but even despite almost one year pass by he has not delivered any albums or videos to us. He has thus far only provided me a raw data which is poor in quality and can not be used by us for making albums from outside as well. Despite several follow ups, he has only been asking more Money and delivered no album, no videos, nothing at all. I would like to seek a help from consumer redressal here.
