Complaint Details
I transferred amount of Rs 2000 on 11 dec 2016 via chillr app(txn id:-634614722004) which was unsuccessful.money was deducted from my bank account but refund is not given till now its 2 month now.I tried to contact them from every possible source mail phone but they say its successful i placed all the proofs but they are not giving refund.Also, they charged IMPS fee for failed transaction also which also needs to be refunded. From last two months i am wasting my time,money energy but they dont even care they are now not even replying its more than 2 month now.
