Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed here with

1. Email Order Summary for my Order placed on Reliance Smart Website on 09-Feb-2017, with specific regards to Riso Rice Bran Oil 5 L.
It shows price as Rs. 700.

2. Screenshot from Reliance Smart Website, that shows that the price of the Riso Rice Bran Oil 5 L is Rs. 700 (Less) Rs. 91 Discount and Net Offer Price @ Rs. 609

3. Copy of my Bill given to me upon delivery by Reliance representative, showing the price of the Riso Rice Bran Oil at Rs. 625.

It clearly shows that Reliance Smart has cheated me by misrepresenting the facts and fraudulently tried to induce me into buying Riso Ricebran Oil 5L by showing price of Rs. 700 on their site and communicating discount of Rs. 91 and net price of Rs. 609 , whereas the actual MRP is Rs. 625 and thus the discount works out to Rs. 16 only.

I tried to get in touch with Reliance Smart, but their Supervisor refuses to sort the issue and only keeps repeating that we cannot offer you the discount as displayed on the website and when I asked them to provide proof of a product with price of Rs. 700, they say that the product with MRP of Rs. 700 is out of stock.

It is a clear case of misleading the customer to get business by misrepresenting the facts.
