Complaint Details
I ordered bouquet and chocolate online from flower aura. Made on-line payment of 756 rs on 14th Feb 2016 around 11.30 am. It was to be delivered within 14th Feb. But wasn't delivered. Its 15th feb already and Still the order status is processing. The customer care ain't answering the call. My money is gone and I can't even ask the concerned person.
