I have purchased the IFB eva aqva 5.5 kg washing machine model a year back having 5 years of warranty. Recently (2 months back) i have required to place my washing machine in the new location where i need to put it on some height for cleaning its lower area as it was shifted to wash area (bathroom). Certainly i need to place it on some trolley, and my hunt of finding the trolley began. Meanwhile i come to know that this washing machine vibrated much in its final cycles and ordinary trolley will not hold that pressure. Also if my washing machine falls down from ordinary trolley, the warranty will not be considered. Though the original IFB trolley was at high price, but not wanting any damage to my machine I ordered a trolley through a customer care.
They have forwarded my call to my local area care and they have agreed to deliver me a trolley.
Now as me and my wife both are working, the delivery time was set by me But on that time i have not got the trolley.
I have again booked the trolley and this time they have given me the time of 2 PM but at 4 PM, a service engg calls me for my address. I was left for my job at that time. Again the appointment was booked and now this time it was Saturday and the same story. When checked with them they told me that they forgot my appointment to booked.
At this time i was frustrated and put my effort for trolley.
But my wife ask me to book it again and yesterday i have booked it again specially asking if they deliver it on Sunday or not and they agree to do it. But the story repeated ☹️. It was a marriage function which i have not attended fully because of my booking but i got nothing. My call was not answered on that day and now i am sure they will call me and ask my address on some random time which they preferred.

After sending a reminder mail to them they have still not responded.
