An order was placed on 7.2.2017 by making payment of Rs.399.00 for delivery of Simply Red 12 roses bouquet vide order #300005835 to K.Durga 3-181/7, Plot No.641 New Nandi Hills, Road No.7, Meerpet PIN:500078

Phone No. :9951457369 with clear instructions that this order to delivered on 14th February. But despite confirmation the order was not delivered and absolutely no response from the company to the calls made, and online chat done and E-mails sent asking about status of the order. I herewith attach the order details and confirmation of date of delivery. I requested for a status and there was no response from the company nor from the customer service representatives. This is nothing but cheating the customers by misleading them false assurances. I request for refund of amount of Rs.399.00 paid along with compensation for causing chaos, mental agony as this is a gift to my wife on Valentine's Day as a result our relationship has got affected very badly due to non delivery of this order.
