I had purchased LED TV of INTEX Brand from Runwal & Sons JHABUA (M.P.) on July-2014. On Oct-2016 the LED TV had a problem in turning On (LED TV turns on after 30 to 45 Minutes or not turn on). I had raised complaint on 11th Oct. 2016 wide No. 6101190010054. therefore a technician came and inspected the TV and after survey he reported that mother board will be replaced and cost of parts and repairing will be Rs. 3250. I agreed for that payment but till date and after many reminders / complaint, my issue has not been solved. Kindly take a note of that and please try to help us.
