Dear shoppersstop team,
With reference to the abovesaid order, i received it in damaged condition. Damaged in bottom of the Air cooler. We can't fill the water. If, we fill the water it's drained in bottom damaged place. No use of the Air cooler. And also it's used one. May be it's a demo piece. Because, lot of dusts formed in it on fans and backside filter. I ordered for a new fresh piece of the Air cooler. And it's not in original package of the same Air cooler. Just packed in normal box. And they didn't use the proper cushion for this. And before do a packing, they must remove the wheels and then packing the same. But, in this case wheels didn't remove. They packed with wheels. For the abovesaid reasons itself clears it's a used one.
Please find the enclosed photo of the damage.
Kindly take it back and send me the new product or refund for the same.
So, please arrange the reverse pick up soon from tthe delivered address..
And i got replied from you as "We would request you to please contact the Bajaj Service Center as this product SKU #200955756 (Glacier PC 2005 Air Cooler) was dispatched and delivered directly from Bajaj"
And then i replied you as "I bought it from Shoppers Stop only and then why i want to contact Bajaj service center?
It's not any repair or manufacturing defect in that received product to contact service centre..And It's broken.. "Broken plastic parts of that product are not covered in Bajaj warranty and it's clearly mentioned in warranty card also".. Moreover What's the role here for Shoppers stop?! I don't know.. No use of this product hereafter.. Shoppers stop only replace this product and arrange a reverse pick up co-ordinated with Bajaj.. Don't try to escape and don't act smart..
It's your mistake.. You allowed to use your platform for sellers to sell their products and you only responsible for your customers(Buyers) and why i want to suffer?
And i paid to Shoppers stop only and not to Bajaj.. Mind it and act soon"
And then still now i didn't get any reply from you. Product delivered on "08/02/17"
