I bought a lotto combo pack from this company.But the company cheat me by delivered duplicate products. I called many times to cc executive of the company solve my issue but they ignored.So I sent legal notice to the company but the company didnot received the notice so i mailed the same notice to the company.After few days cc excutive call me and promised me to change the products.But they donot provide me refund facility .I think it is good to exchange the products but now they are ignoring.At last i want to say that this is not my fault they were doing illegal activity.So i am entitled to refund.My order no is DU61197433 dated 16/01/2017.
