Complaint Details
I booked ticket redeeming jet privilege points on 19 March for 2 April flight 6W 903 for sector Delhi-Srinagar. Due to some issue the payment was not successful. I was assured by jet privilege call centre that my booking shall remain reserved and will be confirmed on making the payment on any day till 30March. Today on contacting the call centre for making payment, the booking was not acknowledged. The person who spoke to me was one Mr Haider Ali Ansari. He declined to lodge a complaint regarding the matter. He then misbehaved with me and shouted at me. This caused mental harassment to me. I request you to take appropriate action against the person. I am very seriously thinking of taking legal action against the person as well as against your company.
