I have been contacted the canfin homes koramangala branch, bangalore since more than a month through various mechanisms to get my loan transferred to another bank. The bank is not providing me the documents to do so which is hindering the balance transfer process. Moreover, they are doing it intentionally to ensure that i am not successful in doing the balance transfer. I have taken the escalation routes but to no avail.Everyday they come up with a new requirement and keep disconnecting the calls during the middle of conversation and they have done it more than 50 times. I request your support in getting this resolved.
