Complaint Details
On January 24 2017 I filled an online form at NSDL for my PAN card. I paid using my debit card and sent all the copies of the required documents to them by post as I was told. On Feb 11, I received an email from NSDL saying that they have received my application and are processing my card. But, today is March 22 and I have not received a single email or call from NSDL regarding my PAN card. I tried calling them but everytime their customer care number is busy. I also emailed them many times by filling their online Customer care form but I didn't receive any reply. I need my PAN card ASAP due to some reasons and cannot accept such delays. My application number is 881031111905744.
