Complaint Details
Dear sir/madam I have purchased 500 mg ciprofloxacin from a pharmacy today. I was about to swallow it but I chewed it as I had doubt regarding its contamination I have got a feeling of some sticky substance and I threw it immediately. I had headache immediately and fell asleep. I have attached the image of the particular strip which xontains details.
