Dear Sir,
With respect to my saving bank account A/C 20920110032866 in UCO Bank, Harda M. P. I hereby bring to your kind notice that total Eighteen un-authorized internet transactions were done on 20.03.17 involving the total amount of Rs 53000/-
I hereby emphasize that these transactions were not done by me. It is further for your kind information that the original ATM cum Debit card was with me at that time .
Kindly look into the matter and refund my debited Ruppees 53000/-
An early action in this matter is requested please.
