Dear Sir,

I have applied for online certificates or documents at Aapale Sarkar portal of Maharashtra Government bearing Apl id 1652942812488600103393 dated 03-03-17 and 16529428143720721337 dated 25-02-17. But till this date I have not received documents or certificates from this portal.I have made the required Part payment including postage also. I have contacted helpline no.022 6120 8900 many times but there is no satisfactory answer. This portal is not having contact E-mail id also.

so I request you to kindly help me in the matter.
